An oasis of private estates nestled along a pristine beach on the Gulf Coast of Florida.
Police protection for the town of Belleair Shore is provided under contract with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Department. This arrangement has worked well due to the minimal amount of enforcement required for our town.
The Pinellas Suncoast Fire and Rescue District provides Fire and Emergency Services.
The town pays an annual fee to the Pinellas Library Association which entitles Town residents to use any of the county's library facilities.
Water and sewer services are also provided by the county. Unlimited use of reclaimed water for landscaping is being provided for a flat monthly fee of $8 per resident.
